The private apartment had a good view and was comfortable, featuring a mini bar and mini fridge for convenience. However, the room was overly hot at times.

The service was awesome, and the staff recommended a great brunch place within the building. However, they started vacuuming the hallways early in the morning on my second night.

The location was great, being close to the highway, downtown Montreal, and within 10 minutes of the old city and the port. However, it might be more suited for business travel than for tourists.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were modern and industrial in style, clean, quiet, and bright, offering a good size to relax. The service was top-notch, with thoughtful touches like snacks and a lovely note left in the room. The location was convenient, near shops and restaurants, although a bit far from Old Montreal. The dining experience was delightful at La Bete a Pain across the street, offering superb croissants, delicious yogurt, and excellent coffee.

The hotel is well situated within walking distance to Old Quebec and conveniently close to a bus stop to Montmorency Falls. The rooms are clean and quiet, though they could use a fresher smell. The staff is friendly and accommodating despite occasional misunderstandings. The location in Griffintown is excellent for proximity to downtown and Old Montreal, but it is currently in a construction zone.

The hotel is a good 15-20 minute walk from Vieux-Montréal and Centre-Ville, which was a bit far for us as we traveled with friends. The rooms are super clean, but the distance between them made it a bit inconvenient. The service was cordial and accommodating to our requests. The location is not as expected, but still allows for exploring different neighborhoods and is convenient for reaching Montreal downtown. The dining experience was exceptional, with possibly the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. The facilities offered are decent and met our needs.

The hotel offers comfortable and clean rooms with a European size that are functional and immaculate upon entering. The service is particularly nice and friendly, with thoughtful touches like leaving snacks and notes for guests. The location may be a bit far from Old Montreal, but it is close to various shops and restaurants, making it convenient for guests. My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were great, offering all the amenities we needed, and we had a fantastic view from our corner unit on the higher floor. It was spotless clean, which I really appreciated. The only downside was that there was only coffee in the room.

Rooms

The rooms were great with all the amenities we needed, located on the higher floor in a corner unit with a great view. They were spotless clean, but I wish there were more beverage options besides just coffee.
Service
9.0
The service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and lovely, going above and beyond by bringing us champagne to the room. They were also very helpful and accommodating, even compensating us for a less than perfect night's sleep. The only hiccup was a missed cleaning on the desktop, but they promptly rectified it and moved us to a quieter room on the 15th floor.
Location
8.0
The location was excellent, walking distance from the Bell Centre and downtown area, with easy access to different neighborhoods and the historic district. However, it required a 15-minute walk or a bus ride to reach a more central location. On the bright side, it was physically attached to two bars and a Starbucks, making it convenient for socializing and grabbing a quick coffee.
Dining
6.0
The dining options were a bit of a mixed bag. While there were some special dishes available, the overall experience was not exceptional. The location in Griffintown was a bit off-putting, amidst a construction wasteland. Pricing seemed a bit on the higher side for the quality of food offered.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel facilities were satisfactory, with dry cleaning services, a welcome drink, and pet amenities available. While they met basic needs, there was nothing particularly remarkable about them.
